Davita policy is to "Manage to 60%" So you can guess my suprise when I hit all my goals, and only get 60% of my bonus. Morale is way down in my department. People are being let go because they are earning 4.4 out of 5.0 for customer service scores, and the goal is 4.6. Constant focus on metrix without consideration of changes in the field. Every region develops and practices a different strategy, but my support function is rated against everyone else in my department equally, without consideration of the differences in the field.
