Pros

You don't get paid well, you will often be guilted into working overtime and extra shifts. Their clinical practices are dangerous.

Cons

Davita's core values are Service Excellence, integrity, team, continuous improvement, accountability, fulfillment, and fun. All these things happen at the corporate level. If you are on the clinical side of Davita, you're a worker bee. Davita prides themselves on their policies and procedures however there are (conveniently) none for nurses. The job is demanding and they want nurses to do whatever it takes to get and keep patients on treatment (revenue). Management does not have your back. The charting system is so antiquated it's in DOS! Davita is a Fortune 500 company because they make a ton of money off the clinical side. Nurses and technicians are paid horribly compared to hospitals.

Pros

Onboarding team, teammates, the facility, location, and coffee.

Cons

The company takes advantage of the Patient Account Specialist. The job duties and workload are for "Analyst" yet do not compensate. Management will over work and bully teammates that are not favorites. Tons of favoritism and leaders would ban together to push out hard working colleagues. Managers are never around and make bad choices. When they are around they use foul language during meetings, leaders belittle each other, never prepare for their own meetings (then starts cussing), look half awake, and comes in late every day to avoid the team. No professionalism and makes teammates feel uncomfortable.

Pros

The patients. My former supervisor was amazing but some people did not care for her, banned together, and had her fired. If the culture was implemented as it is presented in theory it would be amazing

Cons

The unpredictable hours. They can range from 3am-10pm. The pay is terrible for pet's considering they run the place
