      Pros

      Good benefits package and time off.

      Cons

      People Services Manager needs to address teammate issues by the book and be more effective regarding teammate needs. Manager also needs to work on teammate confidentiality. Corporate Managers mistreat subordinates by taking credit for the subordinate's work. Managers will do anything to CYA and climb the ladder. CEO does not know and it would not make a difference if he did. High turnover at Corporate site.

      Pros

      It is a good chance to learn about the healthcare industry. The management creates a good culture to keep groups cohesive. You feel connection to people that you work with. It's a fun culture that has people accountable for their work.

      Cons

      Compensation is well below industry standards. Groups are protective of the work that is given out. Proper communication is lacking. Hiring outside of the company too widespread. The compensation issue guarantees that there is widespread loss of internal talent, thus forcing the need to hire from outside the company. This creates a culture that does not encourage innovation. Recognition of accomplishments is lacking.

      Pros

      I am allowed to manage my practice as a nurse. I have a great relationship with the physicians with whom I work.

      Cons

      Lousy insurance. No pension or 401K matching. A Fortune 500 company should offer some 401K matching or at least a pension that is equivalent to it's senior staff and an insurance that employees can use without worring about an 80/20 payment. We are health care professionals. We should have access to health care that is affordable.
