Pros

Benefits, the number of clinics to work at.

Cons

Payroll department is incompetent, You have to fight for money owed you, They do not like to promote from with in, to many supervisors and senior management with no dialysis experience and have never worked in a clinic that are calling the shots. The biggest is low salarys equal low job preformance, you think they would have figured that out by now. Just some fun facts, a Technician who dialyzes patient's with End Stage Renal Disease makes anywhere from $13.50-$16.00 per hour, the adverage bus driver in HISD starts at $13.72 per hour, now how scary is that? The tecnician has at least four patients at one time and has to monitor their bloodpressure, stick them with needles, and countless other tasks and thats all they make.

Pros

The mission to improve patient outcomes is admirable and the clinical teams on the ground are deeply committed to delivering compassionate care. Front line staff demonstrate resilience and a genuine desire to support patients despite operational constraints. The organization offers access to scalable resources and structured processes that, in theory, should create a consistent care environment.

Cons

Leadership engagement is inconsistent, reactive, and often disconnected from the realities of facility operations. Training is insufficient, misaligned, and delivered without a coherent framework, creating avoidable performance gaps for new leaders. Decision making relies too heavily on blame shifting rather than root cause analysis, which erodes trust and psychological safety. Expectations are high, yet the support structure is minimal, generating an unsustainable workload that drives burnout rather than performance. Communication from management is siloed, ambiguous, and frequently delivered without actionable context, leaving teams to navigate complex issues without clear guidance. Strategic priorities change rapidly with little cross functional alignment, creating operational instability and confusion at the clinic level.

Pros

People are really friendly here and they create a sense of community.

Cons

Really high expectations but the pay is really bad. I felt like I had to give 110% all the time. Anything below that, I was given "feedback". Constantly felt stressed out for no reason. This is the kind of company to give you a pizza party instead of a raise for your hard work!!!! High demand, little reward. There is a lot of turnover so you'll be expected to pick up the slack on top of your own work. My position was replaced by Indians overseas. Its a health care company but the healthcare benefits are not great, especially for those who are diabetic.
