      Decent pay, good hours, stress level is not too high, bring most of it on yourself. Advancement frequently happens vs highering outsiders.

      Cons

      Upper management has high turnover rate. Mid level management & hourly is typically long tenure. Announced plant closing & 2 days later announced opening a new facility at new location.
