      Strong brand equity- AAF invented air filtration; Good people that are dedicated; Recent acquisition of innovative technology; Global reach; Parent company (Daiken Applied) has deep pockets.

      Cons

      Extremely poor leadership with limited corporate vision; Disfunction within the business model (conflict between channel partners and direct sales); Lack of R&D/ new product investment; Large Gaps in solution portfolio.

      Dynamic leadership, Worlds No 1 and soon to be India's No 1. Innovative best in class products and product range that matches no one. Best In class technical training with opportunities. Provides opportunities in different functions and locations based on your drive and tenacity to accept new challenges.

      Cons

      Lack of Diversity, more opportunity for fun at work place and need for greater work lie balance. Sometimes difficult to manage Indian speed with Japanese process orientation.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity...need element of fun at workplace. Offices need to look more like MNC offices. Need for communication to reach down the line to front line employees.
