No morality or advancement opportunities dont take employees concerns regarding the work tgey do on a daily basis serious make drastic changes without employees input. Causes job functions to not work properly if at all

Pros

You are continuoisly training. The training is useful in managing current and potential future challanges that may abrupt within the department.

Cons

There only consistent thing in working with the juvenile departmeny is the inconsistency. One moment leadership makes decisions that are motivated by politics then the next momentry that decision may be recalled or revoked because the logic wasn't really behind that decision. Every man for himself.

Good benefits, Monday through Friday, Multiple offices to work for.

Cons

HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING!!! The pay could be a heck of a lot better. No foreseeable opportunity for growth.
