Pros

The best part I liked was the experience I got with the kids that were being held in detention. You got a chance to see their viewpoints and backgrounds of where they came from.

Cons

Workers never got an opportunity to help the kids grow, hours were terrible only received 20 min breaks because of shirt staffing. Gave the kids too much power at certain points, discipline system is terrible
