Pros

good benefits but they come with a high price (stress)

Cons

everything is political, there are no technical decisions. Everyone plays politics and there are always hidden agendas. This is true from the worker bees to the top.

Pros

The work is consistent and it is easy to learn what is required. Task are simple and not overly complicated. Fast paced does not apply here. "Do what you can with the time that is given"

Cons

Advancement is nearly impossible to achieve. I took one week to feel confident enough to work unassisted and if you are looking for new challenges or even suggesting more efficient ways to perform tasks, those suggestions may not be taken seriously.
