We are not sure when you worked for Daniels, but we can only apologize for the management that made you feel the way you did; this is not acceptable. We feel that a lot has changed within the company since you posted your review, and we have made a strong focus to correct benchmarking of wages and rewards. The "small company" atmosphere gives me the opportunity to be heard and valued. There is a great "family oriented culture"- everyone is extremely helpful and willing to step up when I need help or answers There's laughter in the office- it's not staunchy or quiet. It's lively and the employees are extremely welcoming and friendly. We have fun wellness programs and in-office activities regularly. Dan Daniels is involved at all levels of business and he is dedicated to every single employee, their experience with Daniels, and their general well being. It's nice to have a leader who works alongside his employees!

Cons

Interview process is a little long, but worth it in the end.
