Pros

Great products. Based on my experience in they really have one of the best products. That's pretty much all they have. But it doesn't help if it's all broken and don't have enough to accommodate needs.

Cons

No yearly raise. No 401k match. Broken promises. Poor corporate office. The plant managers have no clue what they're doing, no wonder they have high turnover ratio. After working here for 5 years and I've decided to leave. They promised growth and a raise every 6 months and never saw any of it. They've lost a lot of contracts because they're customer service is terrible, unethical practices and the US division of the company is a sinking ship.

* CEO has an amazing vision and it is very catchy * Work is making a difference on society * Amazing people to work with. Very diverse and friendly

* Long hours * High expectations (but nothing we can't actually meet)
