Very good company to work for in terms of management working with you, but not great with the disconnect from corporate.

Managers are very good to work with, they really know their stuff and will support you in any way possible.

Cons

The corporate disconnect on pricing with how American hospitals work versus how other countries handle contracts for the their hospitals.

Good industry product , global presence.

Cons

If your face doesn't fit or you are not part of the clique it is uncomfortable to work here, and ultimately you wont stay. I saw No prospects for advancement despite all the promises. Goalposts and focus change constantly. Communication is very difficult.
