Avoid at all costs. I am a new employee and this place is a joke! If you have any experience in medical sales and enjoy getting paid then turn around and run! Very poorly run, unethical business practices, unethical behavior at sales meetings. DO NOT ACCEPT EMPLOYMENT here unless you want to be underpaid, deal with inter office politics and have the fools in corporate take 6 weeks to generate contracts for you. You are better off unemployed than accepting a job here. Once I find a new job I am leaving ASAP!

Pros

Some great people throughout the organization who really want to do a good job and help the company do well.

Cons

Lots of politics and a lack of vision from senior leadership resulting in poor overall performance. Lip service to a mission and values, but actions speak louder than words. Benefits were poor and no 401K match. Heard that most employees are not eligible for bonuses.

We are sorry to be addressing your feedback so long after your departure. We are genuinely sorry that we didn't have everything figured out whilst you were with us, but based on the value feedback provided by staff such as yourself, we have worked very hard to ensure that the "Daniels work experience" is great improved at all levels of our organization. We introduced a 401K match several years ago, together with an improved benefits program, and more streamlined performance review and bonus assessments. It is a disappointment to us that this couldn't be resolved during your time with us; staff, capacity and rapid growth was a genuine challenge that we struggled to keep up with. We do sincerely believe in excellence and best-in-class and will continue to strive to provide the best opportunities for our employees and customers.

Pros

Daniels’ vision, values & culture sets them apart from any company I’ve ever known. Since its origin, they’ve focussed on making safety & sustainability the paramount of healthcare. There’s an amazing culture at Daniels, people take pride in what they do and the company provides development opportunities for proven-performers. I am continually excited by the impact this business is having, and its vision for the future. It’s a wonderful place to work and I highly recommend it.

Cons

Considering this is a rapidly growing business in the global arena, there are undoubtedly growing pains in areas such as processes and benefits. However, they are open to change and are working towards fixing these issues as they’ve recently amended the company’s benefits, making it much more affordable for everyone and in doing so they have also educated all locations on the details of their benefits program. The CEO is so focused and committed to investing in his people that I believe they will rise above these growing pains.
