I thought I'd spend more time watching others work to learn from them, but I was given real responsibilities much sooner than I expected. I solve different problems every day and make my own decisions instead of relying on someone else. The pay is competitive, the benefits are good, and my coworkers make it much easier to be comfortable on the job.

Cons

There's a lot to take in at first, which can be challenging for people without previous experience.
