My job here at Dantach Corporation Inc. is quite manageable, especially since I'm already very experienced in my role. However, things in this company are made more stressful and exhausting by the incompetent and irresponsible leadership. Our leaders are often ignorant and clueless about the problems in the workplace, and they don't even listen well when we raise concerns and provide constructive feedback. Their unrealistic expectations and never-ending demands take a huge toll on us,

The setup is simple, which makes everything more efficient. The excellent onboarding made my transition pretty easy. Coworkers and supervisors are always there to lend a hand when necessary. The compensation package meets my needs.
