      Fair work environment Room to grow Great managent (for the most part) Diverse work environment

      Not an easy job, yet the slackers somehow get by with no real repercussion. The customer base is the worst part, you have to deal with low end individuals on a daily basis who think you owe them something and are always looking for a way to score something free

      Pros

      Management team is awesome. The benefits are very good, especially the insurance option, which is great. Starting pay for management and bonus potential is great. Flexible working hours, so if you're a student, a parent or have another job management will work within your availability. Have a lot of money to back up their vision.

      Cons

      Can be difficult working with guests, as with all other food service jobs. Managers can work long hours with no praise and little to no appreciation. All stores are corporate so you answer to people you may not even know, which means little room for mistakes---I think they forget, or never knew in the first place, what it's like to actually work at the store level.
