      easy going staff serving all kinds of quality meals

      Pros

      Laidback management that is not too hard on the employees and lets them work without interference from the higher ups.

      Cons

      No real cons as my experience as a server. It was always straightforward and depending on the Darden restaurant, the management might want you to go the extra mile and present the food in a certain manner but thats not bad at all.

      Pros

      Receive money daily, good work environment. You have a lot of fun and coworkers start to begin family. Its a lot of team work and ppl often start relationships there

      Cons

      Hours, training is too long, customers are rude and sometimes, well a lot of the time tip below normal gratitude

      Flexible work schedule; good money depending on your availability/willingness to work/ shifts you get; those few occasional diners that understand what it means to be a server/bartender

      Inflexible management that is willing to replace you at the drop of a dime, stressful, tough to handle diners
