      Pros

      this is a great place to work for students in high school or college. they have great insurance and health benefits.

      Cons

      the pay is very low. the paychecks go to health benefits and your tips go to bills and rent. hope you have parents to help get you through.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation. Very good training program and you are treated very well from the company. I really recommend if you want to do nothing but manage at the restaurant level.

      Cons

      The hours can vary but for the most part, as a manager, expect to work 60 hour weeks. Also relocation is very hard to ask for when you are asking for a new city. You better be good friends with the director in all honesty.

      Good place to work for, they give good opportunities of carrier achivment to the lower level employees. They like to listen to the ideas of the employee. and they are a great company. super sucsesfull, give lots of discounts

      Cons

      they are cheap with certain things but they are cutting cost, and they give too much free food to anoying costumers.
