      Pros

      Pay is competitive, but not worth it for a second.

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst work experience of my life. I only wish I would have paid closer attention to the Glassdoor reviews and/or talked to former employees. If you are considering a job with Darigold, RUN. Run and don't look back.

      Pros

      Wonderful supportive company-very supportive employees and management. Interesting projects. Great culture.

      Cons

      Public transportation to headquarters is not convenient. Although Darigold does pay for public transportation for those who use it. Free parking however if you do drive.

      Decent 401k matching. Can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Compensation is very not market competitive, lack of communication between employee and senior management. Lack of company perks. Lack of growth for many employees.
