Poor pay increases at higher positions for the time spent at work. Terribly old-school work atmosphere that feels straight out of the 50's. Poor working conditions-- constant asbestos abatement, bad smells, and dangerous machinery. Awful communication between management, workers, and corporate. Many of the workers have bad attitudes toward their jobs, their pay, and being team players. Milk sales are in decline, so job outlook and security are looking grim.

Overworking new employees and don't expect to have set days off. You will be called in to work 6 days a week and having a social life through your probation period is nearly impossible. I rarely have time for my family because I HAVE to go in to work to cover for someone, not that it's management's fault that someone calls in but please respect that we have lives too. No PTO system, you have to bid for vacation. Some employees that's been there for years constantly calls out, missing at least 6 - 10 work days in a month and as a new employee, you're forced to cover for them.
