      Pros

      Not the job you should seek out if you’re looking for a glamorous career in the dairy industry. It pays the bills but still manages to be rewarding for the work that we do. Darigold’s mission is to bring quality food to their customer’s tables. If you believe in the company mission then I don’t see why you wouldn’t enjoy working here. I recommend doing your research prior to applying.

      It’s exactly as I wrote in the title. I love working here! Darigold has a fantastic company culture that focuses much on its energy on providing a safe environment. The product is high-quality and trusted by customers. The benefits were surprisingly good. The healthcare benefits are a little bit on the expensive side but they sure as heck beat any of the benefits I’ve had to date.

      Some drama amongst certain staff members.
