Pros

You don’t have to worry about favoritism, nepotism, racism, discrimination, harassment or any of that nonsense. It’s not that kind of company. In the same token, that doesn’t mean you can sit back and put in a half-baked effort. You can make your own way at Darigold but only if you’re willing to put in the work.

Cons

It’s a fair and equitable work environment with no cons.

A no-nonsense co-op with a dedicated mission. It’s staffed by people who immensely enjoy what they do. There are tried and true procedures in place to keep things running smoothly. Reliable equipment, people and procedures.

Cons

A few things here and there but the pros trump the cons.

Pros

During my time at Darigold I had a great work/life balance. I learned a lot during my time here and even made a couple of lifelong friends who I talk to this day. I’ve grown on both a personal and professional level. If I weren’t moving out of state I’d still be working here.

Cons

Every day wasn’t perfect. There were days where I was stressed but I think that could apply to any job no matter what industry/company you work for.
