Good compensation. Generally, the employees are pleasant to work with. Great product.

Cons

Everything else. 24/7 on call. Working every company holiday. Constant turnover. Antiquated systems. Broken supply network.

The dairy farmers are the best, the CEO is trying but undermined by upper management

Lack of leadership skills

Pros

New office corporate space is nice and provides unobstructed views of Seattle and Mt. Rainier.

Cons

Little to no investment in leadership and they wonder why employees aren’t engaged. Executive management is extremely out of touch with reality. HR is there to protect the business, not the employees. Employees are retaliated against and threatened with termination for giving managers negative feedback. There are no communication-channels for providing feedback to management.
