Good company bad leaders

Pros

Work with really talented people including the farmer owners which are some of the most hard working people you will ever meet.

Cons

Human resources and leadership overall are really disconnected from what their people need. No Work life balance. HR does know you and really does not care about in your opinion. This is bad specially in small office.HR and leaders carry themselves like they are superior or better than others and don't even know your name.

Pros

8 weeks of paternity leave, 401k match is really good, health insurance premiums pretty for families is affordable, upward mobility, lenient on leaves of absence and PTO is pretty good for salary employees (starts at 19 days)

Cons

Management unable to follow through on promises, lack of diversity in demographics and thought, company undergoing a transformation and has turned all operations directors and operations VPs and CEO and CFO in 2022. Company eliminated bonuses for employees below a certain salary level (plant manager level and up still get a bonus). Manufacturing facilities run 24/7, 365 making it very difficult to get time off.

Pros

401k is great, but not worth it to work here.

Cons

All the least productive and worst employees are recognized and promoted. The hard-working employees are undervalued. The turnover rate is HIGH and constant, systems are broken, and bonuses have been taken away. It's obvious the positive reviews are staged.
