Dysfunctional culture. Extremely negative workplace. Hours make it very difficult on family life. Nepotism/Favoritism is very common. The best candidate for a promotional position is rarely chosen. Management has already selected their favorite candidate for a position before conducting interviews. You will be lied to. Supervisors will make promises just to keep you there. You will be allowed to fail so your supervisor can save their own neck. Unfulfilled promises lead to employee frustration and self destruction. Bad safety record. Someone is always getting hurt.

Where to begin - no team work - bad judgement - supervisors and managers treat employees like crap. - no trust - HR is extremely bad, you can't go to her if their is a problem, - no sense in direction - no positivity, no heart. - micromanagement - this company is going down hill, and down hill quick. - if you talk to any employees, it's nothing but negative and bad reviews about this place - favoritism is here to stay. - last names do make who you are - no meetings - no advancements here - and if you are Bosnian you will sky rocket up the ladder - quality is a big issue here - quantity is great but the quality isn't there - safety is extremely bad, no ventilation for foaming, during CIP "Employees make the managers and supervisors good, if you don't have good managers and supervisors, your employees work work as hard"
