Management is very short-sighted and treats their employees like property say they can't afford to hire enough people but yet they waste money and every other way daily

People are generally friendly Benefits are fair - great 401k plan Free dairy products

Cons

Low wages Lack of career opportunity. Most of the promotions are given to senior level employees or filled with external candidates Technology is highly outdated High turnover across the company recently Lacks culture and morale is generally low

Great company, terrible management

Pros

The money is good, the work is constant, the paychecks don't bounce.

Cons

Absolutely no structure, supervisors have no knowledge of operations. Lack of proper training programs to help better assist new employees. No regard to employees health or well being. There seems to be some favoritism among supervisors and employees.
