Our member’s owners are investing in making Darigold a best in class dairy company. I appreciate and value the courage our owners and leadership are demonstrating in making hard decisions that will allow the Company to be great for years to come. We are already seeing good performance, despite headwinds from a bear market! I like the energy the changes are bringing; value my colleagues that have great knowledge and passion around doing the right thing in a professional manner; and the opportunities the transformation offers to all employees that are committed to Darigold’s success.

Pros

Like the direction we are headed in. Sharing information with employees, making good business decisions to make money for the company, relaxed environment and good people. I really like that we are farmer owned and trying to do the right thing!

Cons

Leadership is good depending on what group you are working for but some are still lagging behind or don't know how to manage people so be aware of what group you are joining. Make sure you talk to people you'd be working for to ensure you work for a good group.
