Evolving environment, great people, and professional. Excited to part of such a great company. Great benefits compared to most companies.

Pros

Nice mix of new staff and long time employees makes for a rich mix of views. Overall the culture is friendly and inclusive. Most of all is the opportunity - Darigold is in a unique position to profit from increasing demand for high quality dairy worldwide, its all about the Pacific North West. This is going to generate exciting change and possibilities.

Cons

Some elements of the organization are a bit resistant to change, however these people are rare and getting rarer all the time. Some processes and systems are antiquated, in fact IT in general needs a shake up but nothing that cant be fixed
