-Pay and benefits -Some really good co-workers

Cons

-inhumane work hours, sometimes shifts last 15-16 hours -employees guilt tripped into coming in on their days off by management -excessive overtime with no relief, you finish when you finish -no way to have a normal life if on night shift -many positions obscenely understaffed to cut plant costs -insufficient training provided to learn job at a professional level -employee concerns and needs blatantly ignored by supervisors and management

Decent pay and benefits but that's about it.

If you want a job that is going to suck the life right out of you look no further! After spending numberous years here and still doing the same job I was hired to do, I left. (no advancement opportunities) The hours suck, 4:30pm to 3am with split days off and if you work this horrible night shift you get treated like crap. If you work the day shift you could get away with murder. Very hostile work environment, favortism galore, and the company violates the Union contract left and right but guess what? The union does nothing for you!

good pay, decent beni's. its a job at this point.

*HR is a total joke and nightmare. *No good faith in the compay. *Company wastes a lot of money by wrongfully firing people and trying to screw employee's over constantly. *Combative, hostal, verbally aggressive shift supervisors. lots of tension between employee's and plant management. I've seen it progress to nearly becoming physical. *Favoritism runs rampant along with selective punishment. but if your friends with the asst. plant mgr or certain supervisors then your "safe" and need not worry about attendace points or being on time. *No morale. *Safety only a concern after it becomes a issue. *to much more to mention it all.
