HQ location is good for public transportation. Some good people to work with, but they are not appreciated.

Cons

The work environment in IT is very hostile. People go out of their way to make others look incompetent, in order to make themselves look better. There is very little team-work.

Great pay and amusing coworkers

Management is clueless about everyday operations and quality standards.you can't blame them they are so overly micromanaged they have to spend all day in meetings.workers are all treated differently but if you play golf with management overtime opportunities can be endless.company breaks state and federal laws concerning treatment of employees and quality regulations.we sure can run alot of milk but i wouldn't trust the quality.inadequate training and lack of care contribute to that.employees try their best to provide quality product but q.a.management is inexperienced and probably doesn't make enough to care.day shift has alot of managers and quality control but on nights its non existant.

A great company with a great heritage. If you thrive in an atmosphere that accepts change, is open to new ideas, appreciates and rewards professional growth, then this could be a good place for you to excel. Poor performers are being slowly weeded out so more opportunities are opening up.

Cons

Need to be patient while this company grows. Some people are having a hard time with the changes but there are fewer and fewer as time goes on. If you are one of these people, please get out of the way.
