401k match is great, good brand, company has been around for almost 100 years, stable

Cons

Depressing place, lack of communication between HQ and plants, lots of dead weight, people marking their time to retirement who should be let go, people "disappear" when let go, highly political, employees are fearful

Do to poor leadership you were left to manage your teams as we saw fit.

Cons

Poor quality leadership. Rude, combative, unprofessional supervision especially CP customer service of all places. Horrible and rude sales team. Systems backup for accounting is grossly inadequate. Pay was once a month. Poor benefits package.

I have worked here for 9 years and I have been trying to leave for the last 8 years. No one will hire me. Darigold is toxic and the companies in town know that too. I am stuck here. It is a depressing and sad place. I warn anyone who is thinking about joining....please please reconsider. It is like walking into quicksand.
