People OK, Managers Not

There's lots of required ot, jobs are easy, pays okay

Cons

People walk off the job because Darigold managers treat employees bad . They don't treat workers the same. They treat some workers good but they treat more bad. I have to constantly watch out and make sure they get my hours right. They are bad with communication so people get cheated out of benefits all the time.

Good people, bad pay and bad benefits

Pros

Good atmosphere, good people, great opportunity to work for a farming cooperative

Cons

they keep taking away benefits (used to have bonuses and great PTO payout and healthcare with low premiums and really good 401k match and now all of that has been reduced or removed and they don’t increase salary to industry averages to match, just continue to remove or reduce all other benefits
