Pros

Hourly employees were all good people who cared at the plant I worked at. Product produced was quality high end.

Cons

Upper management sucked and HR will lie lie lie. Get everything in writing. Always had to have the phone on and respond immediately so never any real time off and always high stress. They should be paying six figures considering the demands but the reality is half that. I covered a lot of others shifts and in spite of promises was never compensated for it. My dad was a dairy farmer and they lost control of this "co-operative" years ago, it's just another corporate machine grinding people like hamburger.

Decent pay, good bunch of Supervisors.

Cons

One of the most invasive jobs I’ve ever held, I could never stray very far from my work phone for fear of negative feedback and this is a 24/7 operation. Couldn’t decompress on the weekends so Mondays were a drag. Not a very inclusive environment in the plant office and the cubicles sucked.
