Pros

Benefits were good, most of the people I worked with were good people.

Cons

Abuse of Salaried Workers Expectation of "company requred training" was to be done on employee off time. Favoritism runs rampant. They say alot about "work-life" balance, but do not practice what they preach. Personnel "Churn" is very high.

Benifets and pay is okay Steady work Cuts to overtime....could be a positive for some

Cons

The pay could be higher, but so could most places. Supervisors are either old and don't care anymore or definitely lack in any people skills. Company talks about safety but almost require you to do unsafe acts or face multiple consequences. Favoritism is rampant among supervisors. HR is useless and cares about the company and will turn a blind eye.
