Dirty environment. Always shorthanded, both on people and necessary work supplies. Nothing but empty promises and condescension from managers. Haven't even seen the new CEO once. No idea what he's doing to change things, but so far, from the look of it, nothing that'll affect anyone at my level. Poor communication, company-wide. Seemingly no plan for the future - but don't worry, management will get their bonuses. The increased cost for the bargaining unit employees' health insurance eats up all of the cost-of-living raise in the new contract. The sick-leave policy is overly-convoluted and impossible to qualify for any days off until you've worked here for YEARS. And work-life balance here is a joke.
