      Good benefits and 401K program. Free dairy at work.

      Absolutely without leadership - constantly change direction - career path to nowhere. Poor communication and execution.

      Pros

      $25.00per hour with good benefits because of the Teamsters. (During the lock-out they paid 17.00 per hour.) Excellent retirement also because of the union. After 31 years there, I will get 17.00 per hour for life.

      Cons

      Lousy hours-forget a social life at least for the first 5 years. Work almost all holidays and a ton off days off each year because there is always something breaking down. Very stressful production line work with high expectations to make more faster.
