Cons

Senior managers and cooperative owners try to often to hit a home run by management changes. They fail 70% of the time.

Pros

Company wants to do the right thing, but never seems to make a profit to be able to pay for it.

Cons

Board of Directors hired outside consulting firm and reviewing operation. Likely means major changes for the company in the near future. Would stay away from new opportunities with them until the coming cuts are done.

Stable sales in an up and down economy. Hey, it's milk!

Cons

Very poorly run company. I've worked for a few companies in my 25+ years of experience and they are the bottom feeders. They literally skirt the law and their protected entry allows them to 'clean up' prior to inspectors by stalling them at the front door as the mice scurry in the back to clean up and get things OSHA ready, for instance. I've witnessed it personally.
