Compensations was very good for the actual work completed.

Cons

Sexism and racism runs rampant throughout the company. There were several times I should have filed sexual harassment suits, but I let it go because I didn't want to deal with the fallout. Management could also do a better job of communicating with employees, especially ones who care. I understand that some things need to be kept from employees to keep a good work ethic, but when there are obvious issues and management seems to just be happy-go-lucky and saying everything is ok, there is an issue.

The company does nothing to prevent or stop harassment. They treat the victims as the problem. The company does not treat women fairly
