Pros

Benefits were good, most of the people I worked with were good people.

Cons

Abuse of Salaried Workers Expectation of "company requred training" was to be done on employee off time. Favoritism runs rampant. They say alot about "work-life" balance, but do not practice what they preach. Personnel "Churn" is very high.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good and there is not a long wait for new hires. The retirement benefits are excellent with a good company matching.

Cons

Work life balance, pay, communication , and trust are missing at Darigold. Work load expectation are unrealistic and not achievable without having No work life balance. Management tends to micromanage and does not understand the actual job of their employees. Do as I say, not as I do is the style of many mangers, especially in Human Resources department. This leads to complete loss of respect and trust in leadership. This management style creates a hostile workplace and if you’re not part of a click at Darigold, there is no option for help.
