Decent benefits, clean, well lit, a/c, free coffee and tea.

Cons

Tremendous disconnect between Board Members culture and the Corporate culture. A culture voided company with a Value’s Statement that does at all mentions that they care about animals or employees. Nice! The systems used for Finance and Purchasing, do not talk to each other, extremely frustrating, Many times I feel like everything is fake, they want to put a check mark on the list of things to achieve regardless of who it affects. People are abandoning ship in mass. Thankless company, you can give them all your time, work, and heart and get nothing in return.
