Some people who have been here for longer than 5 years are EXTREMELY resistant to learning new ways of doing things, and won't share information for fear of losing their "importance". That, however, is not majority. There is noticeable favoritism from some individuals and this encourages/enables toxic and demeaning behavior from the "favorites" (again, not most of the company is like this)

Hard to get a pay raise unless your one of the chosen. Supervisors more concerned with numbers then with the quality, when told about leaks from product, not stopping and fixing problem. Parts to repair over worked and old machines are not available, wait weeks for new parts. Supervisors that don't know how to run any of the equipment, Talking about subordinates to other subordinates. Forced to work Thanksgiving and Christmas due to low production numbers, only to not be able to make the daily numbers due to break downs and call ins for sick time. Lazy employees that seem to be cuddled by Supervisors, allowed to stand around, making those they are required to break out wait for longer periods of time. Numerous employees playing on cell phones instead working. To much forced overtime for some that sign up for it, but others that don't sign up for overtime not forced to work any at all, this practice needs to be more equal to all.
