Poorly Managed, almost 24 shifts, don’t care attitude from management

Pros

Pay is better than most warehouse jobs, but it’s just to reel in employees

Cons

Completely understaffed in every department. People are promised certain hours in the interview only to find that they can work up to 24 hours in a single shift. So naturally employees only stay a couple months and leave. This makes moving up in the company impossible because you are constantly needed at the very bottom. Office workers/schedulers don’t care because they leave at the same time every day.

Great Company with Outdated Management Styles

Pros

Nice folks, plenty of work to do, supplying a need to customers and communities is very fulfilling and lots of food all the time

Cons

Outdated management styles, buracracy and politics, and do not act on management and employee relations until its too late. Very reactive managment style not proactive. They will hold on to bad managment and lose good workers.

The people, they loved degrading others. Lots of Name calling, overall hostel environment.
