      Pros

      While there are some areas with few opportunities, the company as a whole, promotes from within and encourages growth and development. The medium size of the company also allows an individual to make a big impact if they put in the time and effort. Currently, there's a lot of positive momentum forward.

      Cons

      The company has a lot of work to do to make its brand relevant after years of making product. The nature of the business makes being low cost a top priority, often at the expense of value-driven decisions.

We also agree that we are very lucky as a company, to have a great population of very tenured employees who bring a lot to the table.       The CEO writes good reviews for himself

      Pros

      Not many left - was there a large portion of my career, saw many changes but the last ones were too much for me and brought my expertise elsewhere where people are valued and not intimidated or threatened daily. Great career opportunities because so many are leaving!

      Cons

      Should have put cons/cons. CEO and CFO are unethical and the worst leaders I have encountered of over 10 years at Darigold. They are begging people to stay and throwing a lot at them because it is not looking too good.
