Tons of drama just like high school.

Pros

All the overtime you can handle. Great benefits and room to grow. Four days of ten hour shifts makes it all worth while.

Cons

All of the employees are protected by the union so it's hard to get rid of the bad workers. It's tough because if you're one who likes to work hard, the others will take advantage of that.

Pros

This company stands for something very real. It represents its Northwest, "Farmer/Owners" by marketing dairy/milk products to the world. Its an exciting, local place to work with lots of opportunity for growth, fair management, and exceptional benefits. Great decision on the Headquarters Move. Georgetown in 2017 = Excellent for energetic Seattle folks.

Cons

Darigold is a Little Big Company. Some changes are very slow to take place, but others can be completed with a quick sweep by good, highly motivated individuals. All employees are respected though, and part of the bigger picture.
