      Pros

      Great people. Low stress environment. Good 401k benefits.

      Cons

      Either really old or really young employees. Constant change in upper management positions. Pay is not competitive for most Darigold corporate positions.

      So Far So Good!

      Pros

      I have a great manager who seems to really care about me. My salary is competitive for my job. My work load isn't overbearing but I could use more projects. Flexible schedule. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Inconsistent policies especially with dress code. Location isn't desirable with traffic and safety concerns. New CEO making changes that reflects poorly on management and HR.

      Solid Company w/ More Perks Than Just Pay

      Pros

      Great for employees with families, as I don't often have to take work home with me, and can take care of family things during work hours. I've been w/ the company over 5 years, and continue to learn and grow. The pay is decent, but more importantly there is a pride in the products we provide. Corporate office is very nice with better amenities than other corporations I've worked. I'm proud to work here and think it's fun.

      Cons

      Being a Coop, this business is run differently than others and decisions are made slower than normal. I think this prevents change from happening faster. The dairy industry has some "old world" mentalities, but not necessarily all bad.
