Great people in leadership, competitive salary, 401 match is amazing, great work and life balance.

Cons

no training available, some people in positions with very negative personalities, too many silos within the organization creating barriers to getting things done.

Friendly atmosphere Can-do IT department Training - especially Online Training Smart, caring employees Great place to have a career if your willing to move around Concerted effort to use latest COTS software as well as build internal software Corporate and IT Mgmt recognizes change is a constant

Pros

Provide great benefits especially with 401k matching, manufacture great products, current executives are providing more communication than previous executives, it appears current executives are more proactive than previous executives to get Company on the right track. Current executives appear to want a cohesive work environment and had made some changes to accomplish this.

Cons

No consistency in title or job description across the Company. No consistency on promotion (i.e. when and how one should get promoted).
