Forced to work Thanksgiving and Christmas due to low production numbers, only to not be able to make the daily numbers due to break downs and call ins for sick time. Lazy employees that seem to be cuddled by Supervisors, allowed to stand around, making those they are required to break out wait for longer periods of time. Numerous employees playing on cell phones instead working. To much forced overtime for some that sign up for it, but others that don't sign up for overtime not forced to work any at all, this practice needs to be more equal to all.
