      The dairy farmers are the best, the CEO is trying but undermined by upper management

      No culture, management by intimidation

      Lack of leadership skills

      Pros

      New office corporate space is nice and provides unobstructed views of Seattle and Mt. Rainier.

      Cons

      Little to no investment in leadership and they wonder why employees aren’t engaged. Executive management is extremely out of touch with reality. HR is there to protect the business, not the employees. Employees are retaliated against and threatened with termination for giving managers negative feedback. There are no communication-channels for providing feedback to management.

      Cons

      A lot of young wannabe over paid managers. Just because you have a degree, doesn't mean you know what you're doing. Go get experience and then cone back and play with the big boys.
