      Pros

      Provide great benefits especially with 401k matching, manufacture great products, current executives are providing more communication than previous executives, it appears current executives are more proactive than previous executives to get Company on the right track. Current executives appear to want a cohesive work environment and had made some changes to accomplish this.

      Cons

      No consistency in title or job description across the Company. No consistency on promotion (i.e. when and how one should get promoted).

      Pros

      Very flexible hours and great work/life balance. I work with hard working employees who are team players. Even though I have only worked for the company a short time (under a year) I feel my work is appreciated. Free dairy products!

      Cons

      Being an older company growth is slow, but in return makes for a steady job. There is a divide between tenured employees and newer employees, this seems to be changing slowly.
