I joined 11 months ago with a team of 28 and watches it dwindle down to just 12 (company hired 2-3 new ISR’s per month). Company never asked anyone to leave/ put on pip and rep failed to hit. Literally just that many people were unhappy and wanted to leave. To sum it up: -poor management -zero transparency from leadership -have an “in-house developed” CRM that does not function as a CRM should and has an enormous amount of duplicate leads -leadership does not want to promote BDR’s into selling roles -you will get a bunch of free lunches, breakfasts, Uber eats gift cards, Mac books, and all the other boujee things that come with joining a cyber security start up but the company will not even spend money on a functional CRM or any additional resources for its sales people. Company simply does not value its sales people
